I Am Your Refuge and Strength in Times of Trouble

Dearest Ones,

  There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking about you, and the many desires and dreams I have for your life. I long to share them with you if you will draw near to Me by reading My Word and spending time with Me today, and every day after that. I love you, and I long to speak words of refreshment and hope into each part of your life. Then, even in the difficult days and difficult moments you can remember all that I have told you and you will be encouraged.

My children, I your Jesus and Savior, am your refuge, strength, and ever-present help in times of trouble. There is nothing impossible for Me if you will have faith to believe and trust in Me to help you. In this world you will have trouble. With My help, the trouble you encounter can be used to help you grow and mature in Me and to bring Me glory by being a witness to others of My power and authority. I love to hear My children call out My Name, Jesus, in praise and worship, as well as in times of trouble, stress and anxiety. I am an omnipresent God and I am with you no matter where you are. I will defend you and protect you. I will give you peace and safety. Give Me all that is troubling you and I will help you.

  "There is nothing impossible for Me" is a big statement and difficult to comprehend. I am the creator of the heavens and the earth, yet I look upon you with love. You were created in My image and I desire to be with you and help you each day. Before your day starts, step out in faith by seeking Me, Jesus and spending time with Me. Have faith that I am with you and trust in Me to work things out for your good. When you grow to love Me with all of your heart, and have complete faith in Me, you will call to Me and I will help you. You can always turn to Me for strength and courage as you are going into a difficult situation or while you are in the situation. Remember, My ways are not your ways, so trust in Me to work things out according to My will instead of depending on your own understanding.

My Faithful Ones, you will have trouble in this life. Do not fear when trials come, but look to Me and I will calm your spirit. There is nothing to fear when you walk with Me. I desire the very best for My people. When you turn to Me in faith, and depend on My will for your life, you will be able to endure times of trial. You will persevere and overcome while you shine in My glory for all to see. In this, you will be a witness for others, and they will also have confidence in My power and authority over their lives.

  When My Name is spoken out of love for Me in praise and worship, My heart is drawn even closer to you. When My Name is spoken in times of trouble, stress, and anxiety, I am ever-present to help you. In my omnipresence, you can know that I am with you where ever you go when you walk in obedience to My commands. If there is sin or unforgiveness in your heart then these will keep you at a distance from Me. I cannot co-existent with sin. So come to Me and seek forgiveness for your sins, and walk clean before Me daily. In My love for you, I will defend you and protect you in many ways. When your life is chaotic, I will give you peace and safety even in the chaos. You can tell Me anything. I already know everything about you, but I want you to share with Me everything. Talk to Me about everything that brings your heart great joy. Tell anything that troubles you, then give it to Me and let it stay with me. This means you are not to worry about them, but follow My guidance in dealing with the issues. Rest in Me daily, I am strong, and capable of carrying the weight of the world on My shoulders. Remember, nothing is impossible for Me.

 “Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6

  “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

  “Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.” James 1:2-5

  “…in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to Him purpose.” Romans 8:28

  “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.      "Therefore we will not fear… The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.” Psalm 46:1-2 & 7
  Dear Ones, I desire for you to turn all of your attention to Me because there is no one else in this world who is bigger and who loves you more. Turn your hearts to Me in faith and complete trust, and rest in Me daily as you receive strength, courage and help in times of trouble. I will use your times of trial to help you grow in Me because I use evil for good for My glory. When My Name is spoken in praise and worship or in distress and time of need, I am always listening attentively to your every word. I am always ready to help. I am never too busy. I am always right with you. Lay all your burdens at My feet and leave them there. I am able to take care of them. Then rest in My love and care for you today and every day!!
We will begin reading Psalm 51-55 for two weeks.
