There are so many things that I, your Jesus, long to share with you about how much I love you and desire a close relationship with you. As you go through bad days and even good days, I want to be the One you turn to for everything you need. I am faithful, and I will provide for you in many different ways. I use people, music, books, My Word, devotionals, and many other things to provide what you need. Come close to Me and see for yourself how much I love you. If you seek Me with all your heart, I will be found by you.
My Dear Children, as you live daily in this world, you will find that there is nothing truly satisfying that it can provide. The more you depend on the world, the more you will be left longing for more and more. That is how I created the world to be, so you would seek after Me, Jesus. I am the only One who can provide for all your emotional and spiritual needs so that you can truly be satisfied. Then I desire for you to remain in Me and cling to Me all day, everyday as you depend on My guidance and provision. There is no greater love on earth or in heaven than the love of God through Me, your Jesus. Seek after Me with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength and I will reveal Myself to you in beautiful ways. Then I will drench your thirsty and unsatisfied heart with My pure love that is truly able to satisfy.
I desire for you to see that all the riches, all the relationships, and all the beauty in this world cannot completely satisfy your heart. They can only satisfy it for a little while. There is always something in you that will always want more. The only One who truly understands you and loves you no matter what is the One who created you. I created you because I love you and I desire to shower that love on you in a way that is meaningful to you and only you. No matter what you are going through or doing, I can and will find a way to give gifts of My love to you when you need it most. Focus on Me and be in tune to My Holy Spirit and you will notice these private and special gifts of love from Me to you. As your relationship with Me grows, you will learn more and more about Me and your own heart and you will be satisfied.
My Children, as with all relationships, they flourish when the people in it spend time together and learn trust. Start your day with Me reading My Word, praying and talking with Me. Then stay there with Me all day. During your whole day think of Me and all that I have done for you and what I am doing in your life. Then your trust in Me will grow. Then stay close to Me and cling to Me all day and I will keep you on the right path. I will bless you with what you need when you remain in Me.
To believe that there is no greater love on earth or in heaven than the love of God through Me is only possible when you know it as truth for yourself. No one else, can begin this relationship that I offer, but you and Me. No one can develop it, so it is strong enough to weather all the storms of this life, but you and Me. If you will choose to make Me number one in your life by seeking Me and loving Me with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, you will know Me and trust in Me alone for what your heart needs. You will then find Me when you seek Me in prayer and in reading My Word, and your heart will be drenched with the cool water of My Holy Spirit. Then My pure love will satisfy your heart.
“O God, You are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for You, my body longs for You, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen You in the sanctuary and beheld Your power and Your glory. Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You. I will praise You as long as I live, and in Your Name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise You. On my bed I remember You; I think of you through the watches of the night. Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings. My soul clings to You, Your right hands upholds me.” Psalm 63:1-8
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all you heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord… Jeremiah 29:13
“Some wandered in desert wastelands, finding no way to a city where they could settle. They were hungry and thirsty, and their lives ebbed away. Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress. He led them by a straight way to a city where they could settle. Let them give thanks to the Lord for His unfailing love, and His wonderful deeds for men, for He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.” Psalm 107:4-9
My love is able to satisfy the deep longings of your heart more than anything or anyone else. Seek after Me and trust in Me for all that you desire and need. Keep trusting Me all day, everyday and our relationship will grow into something truly beautiful. When you know Me, you will know My great love for you. Then My love will shine through you to others.
We will begin reading Psalm 66 – 70 for two weeks.
