Follow Jesus

Hello Dear Ones,

  My heart desires that you are being blessed this week as you go through each day. I hope that any time there is difficulty that you would seek Me, your Jesus, to lead you through to peace. I am always with you to comfort you and protect you. That is what I love to do for my children.

  My dear children, I love you with all My heart. I look forward to our relationship growing as you choose to spend time with Me everyday. I will always stay beside you, waiting for your heart to desire to know My heart. There are many things in this world that call for your attention. But the only way to know and walk in the purpose I created you for is by following close beside Me daily. When My children faithfully follow Me, they will encounter trials and difficulties, but the fruit is pleasing to Me and a witness to all who you come in contact with. Let Me, your Savior and God, lead you through each and every difficulty in My protection and peace.

  The things in this world that can keep your heart distracted from desiring Me and My purpose for you are innumerable. The problem is, none of those things can fulfill the purposes that you were created for. Only I, your Jesus, can help you and lead you to the calling for your life. Let’s walk together one step at a time.

  There are many lessons to be learned through trials. The difficulties create fruit because it is then that you understand that I am the only One you can trust and depend on to help you make it through. Just as the clay is pressed, and reshaped in order for it to become a beautiful piece that the Potter can use for His purposes. So I too must teach you through specific trials to shape you into a very valuable servant for My glory. Then you will shine My light to all who are around you. When your desire and love for Me grows in your heart, your desire to do My will, over yours, will grow. You will seek My face and follow My leading because you love Me more than anything or anyone else. This is My will for all My children who love Me and desire to follow Me, wholeheartedly.

  “I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods. Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders You have done. The things you planned for us no one can recount to you; were I to speak and tell of them, they would be too many to declare… I desire to do Your will, O my God; Your law is within my heart.” Psalm 40:1-5 & 8

  “As Jesus went on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax collector’s booth. ‘Follow Me,’ He told him, and Matthew got up and followed Him.” Matthew 9:9

  “When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’” John 8:12

  “Whoever serves Me must follow Me; and where I am, My servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves Me.” John 12:26

  Children of God, seek Me with all your heart. Then I will answer you and lead you in ways you never thought possible. If you love Me, keep your attention and focus on Me, and I will lead you and bless you in this life. Do not fear when you face trials. Rejoice in your trials because through them you are being made into something useful and precious to God. The fruit of following Me is My life lived through you for others to see and desire. Rest in Me, and I will show you the way you should go.

  Let’s now begin reading Psalm 41-45 for two weeks.
